UNDER 18 DURING GATEWAY FURMEET?

If you (or your child) will be under the age of 18 during Gateway Furmeet, please ensure that the following rules are adhered to:

I/my child is 17: A parent/guardian is not required to be on site but a photo ID is required to register. A completed and NOTARIZED Parental Permission form is required.

I/my child will be 13-16: A parent or guardian must be present on the convention/hotel premises. We require a completed Parental Permission Form, but it does not need to be notarized since the parent/guardian must be present.

I/my child will be 7-12: A parent or guardian must accompany the attendee at all times. Discounted youth rates are available.

I/my child will be 6 or below: A parent or guardian must accompany the child at all times. The child may attend for free with a paid registration for the parent/guardian. See “Ages 6 and Below” for details.

I/my child will be under 18 and attending with an adult other than a parent or legal guardian: A completed and NOTARIZED Parental Permission Form is required. Supervision requirements are as listed above.

Attending Parent

For those parents that aren’t a part of our group, we appreciate you willing to spend part of your weekend with us and want you to enjoy the convention with your child or children. Have a “Tag-along” badge on us. Available on-site only.

To obtain a “Tag-along” badge, please complete registration for your child. Then come pick up your child’s badge and request a “Tag-along” badge.

Ages 6 & under

For our youngest members that are accompanied by their parents/guardians, we offer free attendance, but parents/guardians may choose to purchase a $5 badge for their child that they can proudly wear around the convention.
